SYMPOSIUM LOCATION:

Henry B. González Convention Center, 900 E. Market Street, San Antonio, Texas 78205

*Do not contact the convention center with any requests regarding this symposium.

PARKING:

Parking is available at the Convention Center Garage, 850 E. Commerce (corner of Commerce & Bowie Streets) directly across the street from the main entrance.

REGISTRATION:

Registration opens at 7:00 AM, Monday, March 25th. 

Registration will take place on the Ballroom level (3rd floor). Please sign in, pick up your badge, and the conference agenda. There will be a light breakfast served until the symposium begins.

EVENT PROCEEDINGS:

All Sessions, Networking Breaks and Exhibits will Take Place on the 3rd Floor in the Stars at Night Ballrooms B1-B4.

Paid Attendees: Lunch will take place in rooms 302, 303 & 304 on the 3rd floor.

Complimentary Attendees (Mil/Gov): Lunch on own. Please see registration desk for list of local options.

The Market Café is open for lunch on the first floor

All attendees are welcome to enjoy coffee, breakfast, and networking refreshments during breaks.

The event will serve a light breakfast, coffee, networking refreshments, and full lunch on both days.

DRESS CODE:

Military attendee: Uniform of the Day

Civilian attendee: Business Dress

There will be NO press allowed. All presentation sessions, comments and discussions are non-attribution. There are no recordings allowed.

Please let us reiterate the “Town Hall” nature of the event. We have prepared all of our speakers to be ready to engage in dialogue and discussions with you. They are only 1/2 of the conversation, and you are encouraged to contribute your thoughts, questions, ideas, opinions, etc.
